The hotel was beautiful and lovely, enjoyed city view from our triple room. The location was really easy and marvellous, just a short walk away from Kringlan Shopping Mall. It was located in a fairly nice area near to the outskirts of the harbour, a bus stop and the shopping mall.

Accommodation was gorgeous and fairly clean, rooms were large and nice styled. Throughout the day staff were superfriendly and amiable. The location of the hotel was ideal, near many shops. Cafe Cafe Milano located 1 mi away was a nice surprise.

I enjoyed the modern decor, efficient layout, and the friendly atmosphere, made it easy to navigate. The breakfast offered an excellent variety, including fresh pastries and organic juices.
Parking availability could be more consistent.

Fantastic staff, spacious kitchen. The team provided excellent customer service by quickly resolving an unpleasant issue we had, upgrading us to a good apartment that included a dining setting and was very convenient, just a 5-minute walk to a 24-hour supermarket.
Couldn't fault.

We really enjoyed the heated bathroom floors and the spacious shower . The lounge area was super cozy, and the fitness center had all we needed to unwind. The only downside was the parking garage, a bit cramped, so plan accordingly 😊

Our experience was good! Loved the virtual front desk for easy check-in, and the variety of Icelandic breakfast dishes was excellent. Dinner options were inconsistent. I enjoyed the lasagna, but my fiancé found the fish dish bland. Consider dietary needs when dining.

So clean and comfy! The beds reminded me of a dream, and I loved the keyless entry-it was easy. Perfect temp in the room made it all the more good!
But seriously, lacking storage meant my suitcase was auditioning for a floor show. Who needs a gym when you can trip over your belongings instead?
